Google Gmail was upgraded last year with a key AI feature that can help you easily compose messages. You can tell the AI about the subject of the mail and provide it with the information you want to include in the email. This whole process could soon become easier, as you'll soon be able to use your voice to dictate instructions to the AI, which will then be used to compose a message in the Gmail app. According to a report by 'TheSpAndroid', the "Help me write" feature will soon be updated with a new function where instead of writing instructions, you can just say the request and let the programmer do the rest.
"In the Fax Lists Gmail app for Android, Google is working on a feature that lets you compose emails with your voice," the report says. The report also explained how the entire process would work. Since its official release, whenever you start writing a new email message or replying to an email in the Gmail app, the voice typing interface will automatically open with a large microphone button in the center. After clicking on it, it will start recording where you can speak with the prompt that appears above the record button. In other words, it converts your speech to text.

When you close the recording interface, you will be given the option to "Draft Email with Voice" via a button in the lower left corner of the email. So your entire email creation process will work with voice. In our opinion, the voice prompt feature significantly improves the overall experience and makes it more convenient to give instructions to the AI in the Gmail app. Apps like ChatGPT already offer a similar function where you can talk to the AI by voice and it will answer you in the same way.
